  1. It has been contended that everyone (else) is a hypocrite.

    On a related note, the concept of having psychological or spiritual “blind spots” (i.e., delusions about one’s own nature and behavior) fascinates me. I’m excited to learn more about Haidt’s understanding the why and how of the mental gymnastics we perform that results in the self-righteousness he observes.
